How long does shipping take?
We take 2-3 business days to process your order, then 4-5 days to deliver it to you.
Do you provide product tracking/traceability information?
Yes, once your order arrives in the destination country (5 business days after placing the order), you will automatically receive an email from the local shipping company with tracking information for your package. This is often done 2 days before the delivery date.
Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver to EUROPE If you live outside the EU, please contact our representatives.
Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Please contact our customer service immediately by email at contact@ayadine.com, within 7 days of receiving the order.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear about this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to our customer service by email at contact@ayadine.com and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
