📅 Return deadline

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

✅ Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Not having been used

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

🔍 Return processing

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or denied .

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the payment method used for purchase within a few days.

⚠️ Items on sale

Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

🔄 Exchange of defective items

We only replace items with an original defect or damage .

🚚 Return costs

Shipping costs for any return are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
In case of refund, return costs will be deducted from the total amount.
